GET UP is a training designed for young gynaecologists that are in their last year of residency or first year after specialisation. Presented by a distinguished European faculty, this full four-day course includes state-of-the-art lectures, interactive case discussions and hands-on activities.

Gynaecology Expert Training for Upcoming Professionals (GET UP) course

From 18th-21st April 2018 the third Gynaecology Expert Training for Upcoming Professionals (GET UP) course will be held in Rome. The four-day course intends to educate and train residents in ObGyn training and young gynaecologists to a fair level of competence in laparoscopic gynaecological surgery and hysteroscopy. You will attend the lectures on all areas of endoscopic surgery, including the latest developments, you will actively participate in discussions with an expert panel on difficult cases and amazing videos and you will be tutored intensively during endoscopic simulation with the aim of improving eye-hand coordination, suturing and knot tying as well as hysteroscopic resection.

The course will be initiated by Olympus. If you are selected to participate, the course and lodging are free and up to EUR 350 of your travel costs will be covered.

It is a pleasure to invite you to register online and apply for the GET UP course. According to the objective criteria, 100 European residents in the last year of training or the first year after finishing their residency, will be selected. While filling out the registration form take care to properly address the selection criteria which may affect the probability that you will be selected.

The registration time frame runs from October 2017 until mid December 2017.
